Regularising
The process by which sawn carcassing is machined so that each piece of timber has uniform qualities (width and depth).
Grading
Visual or machine stress grading to conform with British Structural Standards. Such grading provides a guarantee against the strength of a piece of timber and the weight that you can place on it.

All timber can be primed on site saving our clients significant time prior to painting.

Our skilful experienced machinists will machine timber to any individual requirements including bespoke mouldings often needed during the restoration of period properties and match to existing profiles.
