Spatial Roof
A spatial roof system is a safer, simpler and quicker way to build attic roofs, creating more habitable space at a competitive overall build cost. Through the use of a cut roof solution and with the speed and flexibility of a trussed rafter structure, spatial roof gives new design flexibility by increasing the available volume by around 15% and the habitable space by around 10%.
Spatial Roof System Benefits:
- Creating additional habitable roof pace
- Uses an iLevel floor system for a TJ-Pro rated floor performance
- A simple and faster way to build through the use of half trusses fixed together on site.
- Standard manufacturing processes
- No extensive need for long purlins
- Half trusses are simple and easy to lift without a crane
- Major health and safety benefits on site
- Has the walls and ceiling members in place unlike cut roof or panelised structures
- iLevel floor caps the structure and allows work to progress on lower floors while the roof is battened, felted and tiled
- Nationwide support from design to post installation for the iLevel floor system
