National House-Building Council (NHBC)
NHBS was established nearly sixty years ago and is the standard setting and premier warranty organisation for the UK house-building industry. NHBC sets the standards for house-building, monitors homes built to those standards, and then provides the "Buildmark" insurance cover on around 90% of all private sector homes in the UK.
